Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter

The Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. hosted “Jabberwock 2010: I Dream a World…Purpose, Potential and Possibilities’ “ on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Clinton Junior High School, Clinton, Mississippi.

The 2010 Jabberwock participants defined the finest in womanhood, reflected on the historical contributions women have made to society; enhanced personal talents and abilities; and explored possibilities that contributed to the fulfillment of their purpose in life.  The theme,
I Dream a World…Purpose, Potential and Possibilities,” took them into the world of yesterday, today, and tomorrow.  These 12 young ladies had a glimpse into the world that they will create.
For more than 80 years, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has presented Jabberwock, a youth development and fundraising activity to provide scholarships to deserving students and to provide financial support to its public service projects in the community. Extending the national initiative to this community, Clinton (MS) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will sponsor its third Jabberwock on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cain-Cochran Auditorium of Hinds Community College, Raymond, Mississippi.
